The Day I Love - written by PL

The day I love best is my birthday. I like it because I can celebrate my birthday by having a birthday party. We will sing the Happy Birthday song. At the party, there will be a very, very big cake, muffins, meatballs, cookies and juices. I will invite both my friends and family to the party.
My party is on second of October. This year I will be eight years old. I hope to get more books, toys and my own computer for my presents this year. We get to play games such as Monopoly, Twister, Uno, Upwords, Mastermind, Checkers, Badminton and Mancala. The party will be from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. It will be a fun and jolly time for all!

I love this story as it brings out the positive things that PL is looking forward to.
I guess many of the class are also interested in birthday parties where they get to feast and dine!
